Terms & Conditions
- Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time - however, the company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control.
- We will not exceed the number of passengers that our vehicles are licensed to carry.
- Should any passenger/s cause any damage to our vehicles, or cause any additional valetting, we reserve the right to charge such repairs and valetting at cost, plus an additional amount for loss of use of the vehicle.
- We accept the following credit/ debit cards:- American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Visa Electron and Switch.
- Payments by credit card are subject to a 2.5% handling charge; payments by debit card are not subject to any additional handling charge.
- We accept cash payment in £Pounds Sterling or Euros.
- Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within 24 hours of the pick up time, any payment already made would not be refundable
- Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the pick up time, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Any car parking charges incurred are charged at cost.
- Gratuities are not included and are at your discursion.
- Our drivers can provide use of a mobile (Cellular) phone, which will be charged at £0-60 per minute for national calls, and £1-50 per minute for international calls.
